AudioVibe（以下简称"本应用"或"我们"）是一款完全本地化的音频工具，所有数据处理均在您的设备上完成，不会上传至任何服务器。

一、我们收集的信息

1.1 您主动提供的信息

• 反馈信息：当您使用"帮助与反馈"功能时，您填写的意见内容和您选择附带的诊断日志。

1.2 我们不收集的信息

• 我们不收集您的精确位置信息。
• 我们不收集您的通讯录、通话记录、短信。
• 我们不上传您的音乐文件到任何服务器。所有音乐扫描、播放、编辑均在本地完成。
• 我们不收集您的照片或相机数据。

二、我们如何使用信息

• 响应您的反馈和客户支持请求。
• 诊断和解决您报告的技术问题。
• 遵守适用的法律法规。

三、信息存储与安全

• 所有音乐库数据、播放记录和日志文件均存储在您的设备本地。
• 我们采用合理的安全措施保护您的信息，防止未经授权的访问、使用或泄露。
• 当您通过邮件发送反馈时，反馈内容和日志文件将通过您选择的邮箱应用发送，我们不会在服务器端存储。

四、第三方服务

本应用集成了以下第三方SDK：

• FFmpegKit：用于音频格式转换和标签编辑，不收集用户数据。
• ExoPlayer (Media3)：Google 提供的媒体播放库，其数据收集受 Google 隐私政策约束。

五、数据保留

• 反馈邮件发送后，我们仅在处理您的反馈期间保留相关邮件往来。
• 您在设备本地的所有数据（音乐库、播放记录、日志文件）由您完全控制，删除应用即永久清除。

六、您的权利

• 您可以通过"设置 → 帮助与反馈"联系我们，请求访问或删除您的反馈数据。
• 您可以通过卸载应用来停止所有本地数据处理。

AudioVibe ("the App", "we") is a fully local audio tool. All data processing happens on your device and is never uploaded to any server.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

• Feedback: When you use the "Help & Feedback" feature, the message you write and diagnostic logs you choose to attach.

1.2 What We DO NOT Collect

• We do NOT collect your precise location.
• We do NOT collect your contacts, call logs, or messages.
• We do NOT upload your music files to any server. All scanning, playback, and editing happens locally.
• We do NOT collect your photos or camera data.

2. How We Use Information

• Respond to your feedback and support requests.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues you report.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Data Storage & Security

• All music library data, playback history, and log files are stored locally on your device.
• We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
• When you send feedback via email, the content and log files are sent through your chosen email app. We do not store them on any server.

4. Third-Party Services

This app integrates the following third-party SDKs:

• FFmpegKit: Used for audio format conversion and tag editing. Does not collect user data.
• ExoPlayer (Media3): Google's media playback library. Data collection is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

• After a feedback email is sent, we only retain related correspondence for as long as needed to process your request.
• All data on your device (music library, playback history, log files) is under your full control. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes it.

6. Your Rights

• You can contact us via "Settings → Help & Feedback" to request access to or deletion of your feedback data.
• You can stop all local data processing by uninstalling the app.
